Provenance from birth

Artist, date, place, process, materials, signatures, creation evidence and the initial custody record are captured before acquisition whenever possible.

Conservation record

Condition reports, treatments, handling instructions, framing specifications, climate requirements and future inspections travel with the registered object.

Collector continuity

Acquisition and resale events can be added without exposing a collector publicly. The object retains a verified chain even when ownership remains confidential.
