Artist philosophy
Photography is an emotion and a story represented through the artist’s ideology, philosophy, angle of view and the psychology of seeing.
After a decade of study and practice, Sourish works from his own philosophy rather than copying references. ZINE extends that position into a preservation system for the object, process and story behind the image.
HUMAN EVIDENCE was created in North Sikkim in 2025 with Polaroid i-Type film, Kodak Gold 200 and Ilford HP5 Plus 400. The founding collection records how altitude, −9°C cold, glass and natural morning light altered what the materials could hold.
